Gentlemen:

    I've encountered someone who has a KPC3 he used back in the nineties.
He has asked me to make him an offer, but I don't know what it is worth.  He
told me that the firmware was upgraded once.  I've asked him to power it up
and get the firmware release from it and let me know.

    I don't know what it is worth, either.  But I knew the folks on here
would know.

    I believe this will serve well as an APRS digipeater, will it not?
That's what I want it for.

    What's a fair price for it?
