[aprssig] VHF Aircraft Channels

You can't use any ham radios that I ever heard of on aircraft AM 
frequencies for anything but receiving, with one exception. The 
Vetex-Standard VXA-710 does aircraft AM and 2 meters and is type 
accepted for the aeronautical service.
