Actually, you are right. We receommend -9
for your main mobile, no matter what it is,
after that, then -7 for the HT, -8 for the d700.
But -8 is also used by most boats still. bob

I though when the D700's first came out we settled on -8 for D700s.
Thats what many of us here in NE have been using for five years or more.
