Hi all
          I missed KC2MMI  E-Mail so I am answering to the group.
Curt is correct APRS-SCS was and is programmed from scratch to not 
only follow the aprs spec but to also do aprs on the Windows platform 
as APRSdos does.

Version 1.26 will be released either tonight or early tomorrow 
morning.
