[aprssig] TNC Sleeping

    I tried downloading and installing Microsoft Quick Basic 4.5.
Unfortunately, it keeps crashing when I try to install it.  Weird.

    But, I have Procomm Plus on my PC.  I'll see if I can write a script
that will send those characters.
