[aprssig] Problems with hum on TX audio.

I was getting TX hum about a year ago on the APRS dedicated rig.  Turned out
to be a failed power supply.  Switched it to the other supply that runs the
HF rig and it was fine.  The bad supply had a filter go bad.  Voltage was
fine so no obvious failure.

Yes, that's now on the list to try.  Also going to put the radio and TNC
both on battery power since the hum is 60 hertz.

key it up and see if you get the hum?  That might remove
the cable and/or TNC from the equation.
