[aprssig] PCI Card

My question is, with USB out there now, who would WANT a PCI TNC?  The only
use I could see for one would be a multi-port TNC that you could use to
build up compact digipeaters and such out of small form factor PCs.

Besides, PCI is being obsoleted by PCI-X anyway...
