[aprssig] PCSAT2 Telemetry

Morning,

I finally got time to check my satgate this morning, as PCSAT2 is  
broadcasting again.  When I checked the javaAPRS server was not  
running. When I restarted it, it keeps logging in and reconnecting,  
in an endless loop.

Any thoughts appreciated.
