A good idea except for one thing. It requires users
to change their path.  This is difficult in trckers.
But using 144.39 +600 (144.99) as the alternate
SAR input is simple on any APRS radio... that is
why it is suggested for temporary SAR digis.

(and also for any permanent digis where lots of
low power trakers may be operating that need
an alternate input so they dont have to compete
with all the noise on 144.39.
