[aprssig] Commercial integrated APRS/GPS handhelds?

FRS has them. GMRS has them. My cell phone  has a GPS. Uniden makes a 
marine VHF with a built-in mapping GPS and DSC position polling.
Now  cell phone companies are even offering tracking services and "find 
your friend" services.
Only we hams are sh##-out-of-luck here :(
