Hah!  We had over 1" in an hour somewhere near Seattle yesterday,
probably SeaTac Airport.

Look at the downturn across nearly all clients on these graphs.  I
expect most of it is due to this area being without power.  This is
a big APRS area so it's a viewable percentage of the inet feeds:
