[aprssig] Replacing Lithium Battery in PK-900

Our KPC3 took a little 2032.  Available most anyplace (i.e. Walmart) for
a couple bucks.
No problem to find, no problem to replace.  
Perhaps you are using a different tnc since you're cursing it.
