[aprssig] Anyone know what DISABL is?

Actually, this is interesting.  Using the raw data, it appears that the
station is north and east of me.  KD8CAO seems to pick it up regularly which
is a station call I recognize here.  I'll try to probe further the next time
the band is open to Michigan.
