I thought that APRS was all about knowing where your assets are. Now if
those shoes were cable of receiving messages as well as sending them, they
could be truly useful! Ummm... where do they put the antenna? Gotta keep
that beacon within their aloha circle though. In some places that could be
about two blocks.

reports, and messages between users." Given the intended use, perhaps the
shoes should be on a "professional" frequency instead of an amateur
frequency - hi! http://theaphroditeproject.tv/advertising With the built-in
video display, there are some real advertising opportunities there.
