There isn't any!

Not here in the UK anyway as an "Amateur".  Maybe if you formed a
company and got your own aviation comm's licence and type aproved
equipment it may be, but most certainly as a Ham, CB, or PMR446
operator, it's most certainly prohibited.

Check out http://www.ofcom.org.uk/ and poke about on there.  Any
reference to BR68, download and read.  There are 3 versions, Novice,
Intermediate, and Full.
