Mate if I have to run KISS to fix it I can

Here is the APRS config file - bummer

This is a known issue with aprsD.  Andrew, make sure that if you are
running the TNC in converse mode (not KISS), you do not have FILTER ON
set in the TNC initialization file.  It should be FILTER OFF for KPCs.
If this does not correct the problem then the problem is in the code.
