[aprssig] Delorme LT-20 - Cart bought before the Horse

Scotty,

Well, I'm very new to this myself, so you're pushing the limits of my
knowledge, but UI-view allows you to forward the GPS info it receives on
one COM Port back out through another COM Port. So, if I understand your
configuration correctly, you could bring the GPS into the laptop on a
USB virtual COM port, through UI-view and back out through the USB
virtual comport that the USB to 232 converter uses; the latter would
then connect to the KPC3. [I don't mean to push UI-view particularly,
but it's the only program I have/know.]

Now the Trick Being.

How does one then get it to my KPC3 in the mobile (Yes I know Id have to
leave the laptop running). 

Ive only USB on the laptop, but run the KPC via a 232/Usb converter
cord.
