[aprssig] Bad path for a plane

The new WIDEn-n would stop it because WIDE7-7 would be in the tnc UIDIGI 
parm, along with WIDE6-6,WIDE5-5,etc..

So instead of:
ham>aprs,wide7-7  look at my abusive path
ham>aprs,n0kou-7*,wide7-6  look at my abusive path

It would look like:
ham>aprs,wide7-7  look at my abusive path
ham>aprs,n0kou-7*  look at my abusive path

Limiting this path to 1 hop.
