[aprssig] Not showing up everywhere.

OK, a couple days ago I asked why I was not showing up online. We 
figured out it was a path issue. I think I have that corrected or at 
least understand it. I am getting into the system once in a while since 
there is not a digipeater near me. I am showing up in findu as W7DOA-7. 
But I am not showing up in at www.openaprs.net. Any reason why? Is it a 
completely different database?

Second question. Where would I go to get information on what it would 
take to make my own digipeater?
