[aprssig] APRS Symbol Set Update -- New Downloads for UIview, UIpoint and APRSplus Posted

A new APRS symbol for "Farm Tractor" (or other farm machinery) has been 
officially assigned to the position "F" in the APRS primary symbol table.  

To encode this symbol with a TinyTrack, TH-D7, D700 or other hardware 
device set your symbol code to " /F ".

I have updated the symbol sets for UIview, UIpoint and APRSplus on my 
website to include a tractor in John Deere green with yellow wheels.
