[aprssig] Garmin GPS35

I don't think the GPS could be full because I've RESET the unit several
times as well as cleared out its memory. I've even tried upgrading the
firmware to the latest version. Below is what I got in strings tonight.
I'll have to try adding the $PGRMT sentence to its output tomorrow.
