"WIDE1-1" is the new substitute alias for home fill-in digipeaters
(replacement for "RELAY"). This is the only alias home digis (which
frequently use old non-APRS-n-N-savvy TNCs that don't do true n-N
callsign decrementing) should respond to, other than their own actual
callsigns.

"WIDE2-1" ensures that only "real" WIDE area digipeaters with true n-N
capability to process any value of N will respond, and then for only one
hop. (Presumably, from a balloon's altitude, one doesn't need
low-level RELAY-type home digi fill-ins).
