[aprssig] AJ3U-5 Sat Packets

I received this explanation from Bob:

ANy station that sends a position comment of
custom-6 from his D7 or D700 will be considered
as requesting these updates.  So the original
station has to change his position comment to
anything other than custom 6.

%52 means speak "HIGH" or "LOW" just as an
indication of elevation angle.

This clarifies the origination of the packets.  I remember reading
this in the documentation now.

Again, to help you out, I am going to put RFONLY in the path of the
APRSData box so that should keep the packets out of the APRS-IS.  I'll
do that when I get home from work this evening.
