Hi Andrew,

I suspect these are being generated by a box that I have running
APRSData which currently puts PCSAT, ISS, and AO51 objects out on
144.39 for the benefit of local users.   There is nothing new or
"wrong" about doing this, however I don't think many people do it
anymore.

There is no need for these objects to be on APRS-IS, so I'll add
RFONLY to the path on the APRSData box and hopefully that will keep
them from being gated.

Please elaborate.  I'm not sure what you mean by that.
