It is either in packet mode or PSK31 mode.  It has been in APRS packet
mode for the past week or so.  It operates at both 1200bps and 9600bps
simultanously when in packet mode.

Use standard APRS operating techniques with the path of "PCSAT2"

Uplink is 145.825
Downlink is 435.275 (consider doppler)

Due to the pending arrival of the resupply ship, it is offline until
late Saturday.

I have been working it over the past week with my TH-D7 HT and arrow
antenna at 1200bps, but there are only a handful of stations active. 
It would be great to see more activity.
