[aprssig] New Paradigm configuration for UIDIGI - Revised

Due to an interoperability issue between UIDIGI and KPC3's, the
configuration for the New Paradigm has been revised.

The new files may be found in the files section of the UIDIGI Yahoo
Groups site at

The issue relates to support for composite paths of the form
WIDE1-1,WIDEn-N.  Such paths are to allow for support of 'Fill-In'
digi's, where WIDE1-1 replaces the now obsolete RELAY.  Support of
'Fill-In' digi's does introduce a slight complication, which can really
only be resolved by code changes in UIDIGI.  This is something that only
the author, Marco Savegnago, IW3FQG, can resolve should he wish.  Until
that happens we will have to live with this!
