[aprssig] Do I have the proper settings on a 'KPC3P-E6ED7265-8.2'

Hi, I had to reboot my KPC-3, for it wouldn't send the proper WX telemetry reliably. I have a solar powered
WX digi and I think it's digi'ng excessively.

Anyway, now that I followed Bob's web page on setting up a digi, (and numerous others). I
I find my digi duplicating numerous packets. I have queried it remotely to get the version and
some of the confusing settings I wish somebody would write a web page to explain in real 
terms as to what they do/don't.


Also isn't there a command to download all parameters??
