We disagree completely on our interpretation of the rules. It is my  
belief that APRS is completely legal, that unattended trackers are  
completely legal, and I believe that if the FCC were to issue a  
ruling it would be in APRS' favor. If you believe APRS is illegal,  
why are you participating?

It seems mighty strange to be arguing that trackers should not be  
used so the FCC won't notice how illegal APRS is!
