I'll assume your question is how to set up the X-Digi as a fill-in
digi, since there's not an actual question anywhere in your message.

A fill-in digi, as I understand, only responds if it is the first
digi to hear the packet. In the NewN-N paradigm it would respond to
WIDE1-1 and nothing else.

So, for an X-Digi, UIFLOOD and UITRACE should be blank, and one of
the UICALL aliases would be WIDE1-1.

OK, I'm not sure you want a fill-in digi. This sounds more like a
regular digi, set up temporarily for an event. In this case, the
configuration you have looks fine, except possibly for the limit of 4
on WIDEn-n. Check with the APRS digi operators/users/working group
in your area for the appropriate limit, but it will probably be 3 or 2.

I'm copying this message to the APRS-SIG, too, so someone can correct
me if I'm wrong.
