[aprssig] APRS in Atlanta

The last couple of times I did a road trip which included Atlanta, Atlanta 
became a black hole of APRS posits for me.  I'd have plenty of points (per 
findu.com) before Atlanta, and plenty after, but not a single point in 
Atlanta.  What gives?  Is there some special path Zen needed?  I'm running 
a path of WIDE2-2 (probably ought to update it to WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1, right?).
