[aprssig] Need help tracking down 2400 baud station

Supposedly, though I've never gotten it to work.  The tones weren't 
documented, and I had to ask George what they were.  I don't think he even 
remembered offhand.  The tuning waterfall display doesn't show the 2400 baud 
tones properly, if I remember right.
