I'm glad that we agree on this! <G> My vote is to send out the S&D team,
but hope that the guy takes an honest interest in amateur radio and gets his
ticket before they get there. I'm sure there are many hams that have
admitted to operating before they got their license. Not something that
I would advise, but I'm sure that many of them have made "good" hams
once they got on their tickets.
