[aprssig] sunroof antenna?

Thanks for the replies to my query. The vehicle is a '94 Honda Accord and probably does have a film prohibiting use of an antenna. I am checking further, 73 de Rod,VE1BSK

  Has anyone had any experience with fastening a thru-glass capacitive antenna to a sunroof, i.e., a horizontal versus vertical mounting of such an antenna.
