is inaccessable to many outside the US  because of domain name server 
problems and/or address range blocking.


A mirror of most of the site is now located at:

     http://webs.lanset.com/wa8lmf/~bruninga/index.htm   


Note that the address on my site is slightly different than I have used 
in the past.  (I have reorganized the mirror to more exactly duplicate 
the structure and organization of the origninal.)
