[aprssig] La Crosse WX station

I thought someone had reverse engineered the protocol... or maybe I'm
thinking of another unit.
If someone can provide the specs, and if it can be interfaced without
requiring a negative voltage (like the Oregon Scientific stations), I'll
write some OpenTracker code for it when I get a chance.

About a year ago, I contacted La Crosse and they refused to release the
protocol
specs. Kind of difficult to use with APRS if you can't talk to the box.
You
might try, too. Maybe a constant dribble of requests will make them wake
up.
