For SKYWARN or any other kind of national event,
it is easy to find out the callsigns of other participants
so that you can message them during the event.

Steps are:
1) Send an APRS message to SKYWARN prior to the
event.
2) This will get your message into the FINDU database
3) Now do a FINDU search for all messages to SKYWARN
and this will give you a list of callsigns of participants.

4) Take that list with you on event day, and then
send normal APRS messages to those callsigns
and the APRS Igate system will do the rest!

At least it should work.  I just checked and right now
there are no messages to SKYWARN.  But I hope that
this system works for 7 letter Messages.  It should,
but is untested.
