[aprssig] National Weather Services Duties Act (S. 786 )

I have heard about this during the summer.  Someone
somewhere thinks we should pay for the NWS data or
some such nonsense.  Or is it from Homeland Security
thinking that this is essential data that someone can
use to aid them to harm us?
