This functionality is NOT tied to the symbol I&...in fact, there is  
NO WAY to tell which stations can pass messages to RF. A search of  
the q constructs tells which stations pass messages TO the internet,  
but nothing in the data allows you to tell if an IGate is receive- 
only...
