Only one other that I know of:  SmartPalm.  It's not in active
development right now, but could be again with enough interest and
perhaps a few more developers.

It's an open-source application, text-only, for PalmOS.  It only
supports the Alinco APRS radio so far, but could easily be extended
to support others.

If you're looking for a graphical/mapping APRS app for PalmOS,
you're probably out of luck.
