[aprssig] Phantom mobile, wireless, powerless

That station is connected directly to the internet and not coming
across RF.  Do you have an internet station that could be using that
callsign?

showing up on the internet side of things saying my last position
report was, as of this writing, approx 19 minutes ago?

	 

	It is physically disconnected from all power and antenna and
