[aprssig] Digi_ned does QRZ lookup

While setting up local data for the "Tiny Web Pages" function
in Digi_ned, I noticed it has an extremely powerful method
of running external programs and returning the results upon
user query.

My first of many external program queries is a QRZ.COM callsign
lookup.

Here's the core program I used:
