[aprssig] Wierd Stuff Cluttering 144.39 in LA - What is this?

This is samba (windows compatible file sharing system) transmitting his
machine's existance over an ax.25 port in linux. It's a broadcast packet
that should be kept off the "radio" interface. KC4PL was sending these
for a while, we never figured out how to disable them except to put his
ax.25 stuff on a whole other machine that did not have samba enabled.
