THe BTEXT has nothing to do with the DIGI nor its
function. The example I give in my docs is showing
how it can be used to place a LOCAL object on the
air for visiting mobiles. Please do not use it if there
is not something that a visiting mobile needs to be
alerted to...

The format includes time because that is the format
for an APRS object. But since it has no relevance
in this applicaiton, I suggest the valid time of
111111z as an indicator that it actually means nothing.

Nothing. You replace SS with your state abbreviation
or SSS.. for your ARRL section if the state has more
than one section. Leave the "n" as an "n" because
there should be no limit on the "n" when using an
SSn-N path.

Yes, we want all digis that support the New-N paradigm
to be clearly distinguishible from the old unlimited n-N
digis that we are trying to get away from.
