[aprssig] Something still wrong the new AGW UIDIGI ????

I wrote to the list last week about a problem we were having with AGW
UIDIGI at KA2HMR-3 in Chazy, NY. I said then that when WIDEN-N got turned on
when it would hear a terminating packet (i.e. One that was decremented to
the end WIDEn-1 and about to be ended) It would do the terminating and then
disgorge anywhere from 13-28 copies of the frame.
We downloaded the new version yesterday and set it up with RELAY, WIDE,
TRACEN-N DISABLED and WIDEN-N ENABLED and WIDEN_N limit at three and Total
hops limit at 3. The rest of the setup is AGWPE Pro, to an old KAM running
KISS.
I cannot even begin to explain what is going on, but its clear that a number
of things are happening
(1) its still 'dumping' multiple copies of the frame, but now its 5-8
copies instead of two dozen.
(2) UAGW UIDIGI is not identifying itself (that is to say KA2HMR-3 is not
being placed in the chain)
(3) I have no idea why its is putting "KA2HMR-3,QRT*" into some frames
George et al. what is wrong here OR what are we doing wrong here?
This digi at KA2HMR is a 'filler' providing low power coverage for the
"Plattsburgh(NY) suburbs" into the network, BUT its location adjacent to the
Canadian border due south of Montreal requires it to be well behaved. Having
RELAY and WIDE turned on and WIDEN-N off is the only way it won't dump these
dupes, but then it adds to the cross boarder morass of undisciplined RELAY
and WIDE generated dupes.

(** while they are not identified by my capture here, we KNOW for sure these
frames came from KA2HMR-3)
