[aprssig] dead band

There is a "Status" url of all servers, not at my finger tips at this 
minute.. However, a "dead band" sometimes is nothing more than a filter 
failed to be sent at log in time.. Try a message to SERVER with a test 
filter of some sort and see if it comes to life.
