[aprssig] findU DNS problems

Some people are having problems accessing findU. It was a DNS issue,  
caused by a combination of an old list of name servers from the root,  
the temporary disappearance of the secondary server, and that some  
OSes seem to only go two servers down in the list. The secondary is  
back up, which should fix the problem for most of you, and I have  
fixed the record at Network Solutions so the primary server is first  
instead of third on the list, but it takes a while for updates to  
propagate through the name servers. You can always use the direct IP  
if you are still having problems, for example:
