[aprssig] future problems with NWS radar images?

Lambert is used for the www.weather.gov/radar.php page but the
individual sites are in a spherical polar projection.
LDM and Gempak are only running under Linux/Solaris/BSD at this point,
but I've heard rumors of folks running Gempak under Windows and
Cygwin... Have NOT verified this.
