[aprssig] Odd KPC-3 Digi Problem

I have a Digi up using an older KPC-3 with upgraded firmware.  I recently had to
do a hard reset and reset everything.  After doing so, I had a problem pop up
where whatever goes through my digi, it comes out capitalized.  The whole
string comes out capitalized.  So for example, my normal packet with a lower
case k for my truck, is now an upper case K that shows me as a school house.

Is there a setting I goofed or missed?  Anyone else seen this?  I am a seasoned
Digi_Ned user and this is my first attempt at a "Smart" KPC-3.  It did'nt do it
the first go around, so I assume I introduced an error when setting it up the
second time.
