What's the new marine tracking system?  Was that part of DSC?  Are there any
gateways in place yet?

Just curious... M/V Conception, the 79' sister vessel of the one I usually
go diving on, was stolen from Santa Barbara this morning.  Sounds like they
ditched it just up the coast at Vandenberg (where I am now), so it's not an
issue in this case.  It just got me wondering what the current state of that
system is.

Who in their right mind steals a 79' boat with a top speed of 16 knots,
anyway?
