Two meter freqs in cable/TV systems; WAS Re: [aprssig] Yaesu FT1500M

Channel E is channel 18 and has a video carrier frequency of 145.250. We 
have a repeater here and cable causes a lot of interference.

Channel 16 is 133.2625 MHz video carrier.
